On the 15/09/2026 Live Facial Recognition technology was utilised in St James Ward, the areas that were covered were the Strand, Villiers Street and outside of Charing Cross Train Station. 

There were 6 Arrests made and were as followed;

Also, a number of checks and enquires were made to speak to those who are known on police systems or those who have conditions set upon them by courts and probation services to ensure that they are adhering to conditions that they have been given, there were 5 interactions with individuals.
